Opportunity Overview:

 

Overseas and coordinates all Spares Lease activities and transactions, ensuring smooth and compliant operations. Key roles include:
 
1.       Customer Team Coordination: Coordinates with the customer team to ensure all required documentation for Spares Lease bookings is completed and approved by Marketing.
2.       Agreement Management: Monitors the expiration of Spares Lease agreements and proactively coordinates with the customer team for timely renewals or the return of leased parts.
3.       Lead Time and Inventory Planning: Works closely with board planners to provide accurate lead time quotations and ensures stock availability in alignment with the confirmed shipping schedule.
4.       Logistics Coordination: Facilitates communication between the customer team and LSC for all inbound and outbound shipments related to Spares Leas
5.       System Transactions: Manages all Spares Lease-related transactions in Gandalf, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
6.       Audit Compliance: Ensures full compliance with SOX audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation and controls.

1.       A graduate of any 4-year course.
2.       Ability to coordinate with the worldwide customer team (GCS Customer Team and Sales) and internal planning and logistics team.
3.       Strong sense of urgency & work within tight deadlines
4.       Excellent communication skills & can relate well with people.
