Opportunity Overview

Teradyne is seeking a Finance Business Process Analyst / ERP Tester to join our Global Finance team. In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to ERP testing, business process improvements, and system enhancements that help drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute test cases for ERP system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality.

· Document and track testing results, issues, and defects.

· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business stakeholders.

· Assist in gathering and validating business requirements.

· Work closely with Finance and IT teams to ensure system solutions meet business needs.

· Create and maintain testing documentation and process guides.

· Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

· Participate in ERP implementations, releases, and system upgrades.

· Build knowledge of finance processes such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting to improve system testing and process design.

All About You

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.

· Knowledge of software testing concepts, business applications, or ERP systems.

· Understanding of business and finance processes is an advantage.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

· Experience with SQL, databases, ERP systems, or business process analysis is an advantage.
