Opportunity Overview
- Create and add courses to the Catalogue for Programming and Maintenance Training.
- Provide customer assistance for training class registration, tuition fee payment and certificate of training completion.
- Process student tuition fee payments using the different payment modes – PO, credit card, service contract and training units.
- Book, approve sales order in Oracle Order Entry and generate invoices using the Oracle Accounts Receivable application.
- Prepare training tools and materials such as offline licenses, online training materials, and virtual machine.
- Provide the highest level of customer service to both external and internal customers by addressing inquiries and issues.

- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Must be keen on details.
- Demonstrate excellent workload management skills.
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule, including night shift.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service work experience, will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Business Hours: Monday to Friday 24 hours x 5 days a week.
Work Hours: 5 scheduled days including holidays.
We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
