Opportunity Overview

An Engineering Technician provide hands‑on support to hardware engineering teams by assisting with electronic assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting. They work in laboratory and manufacturing support environments to help build, test, document, and maintain hardware prototypes and systems, following established procedures and guidance from engineers. This role focuses on learning practical engineering skills, supporting daily lab operations, and contributing to the successful development and validation of hardware products.

• Write ECNs and submit part requests in Teamcenter.
• Create CAE models for board schematic design.
• Assist in assembling and reworking prototype and production PCBAs under engineer guidance
• Operate standard lab equipment such as digital multimeters, bench power supplies, and oscilloscopes.
• Assist engineers during debugging by taking measurements and preparing test setups.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of failed units under supervision
• Assist engineers on design validation activities.

• A graduate of Electronics engineering or technology course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs)
• Ability to read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and basic technical drawings
• Familiarity with standard lab equipment such as Digital multimeters, Bench power supplies and Oscilloscopes.
• Basic soldering knowledge.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage time and tasks appropriately
