Logistics Analyst

Teradyne Cebu Logistics is looking for a dynamic Logistics Analyst that is passionate about resolving different warehousing and logistics issues, process improvements, and quality management.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting. Makes use of available data to see trends and identify potential issues and non-conformances, then providing recommendations for mitigation or resolution.
• KPI Maintenance. Regularly updates warehouse operations KPIs e.g., Productivity, Inventory Accuracy, etc. and provide solutions and recovery plans on outliers.
• Process Improvement. Identify areas where productivity and efficiency can be enhanced within warehouse operations and provide SMART recommendations.
• Vendor & Contract Management. Facilitate bidding processes and liaise with vendors for any service issues encountered. Ensures that Teradyne and Service Partners are operating within the valid contract.
• Warehouse Operations Support. Work closely with the Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Supervisor on any issues and improvements.
• Project Management. Spearhead and/or get involved in projects aimed at cost reduction and/or productivity improvements.
• Administrative Support. Provide additional support on other administrative and/or clerical tasks as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, Management Enginering, or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Logistics and Warehousing.
• Highly proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Nested IF)
• Working knowledge in SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in teams and individually with less supervision.
