Opportunity Overview:
An executive assistant for the service organization’s Vice President and Directors with a communication capability of a marketing specialist, supporting them to be effective and efficient in their key functions.
Support with the Executives and Board of Directors:
- Manages executive calendars, schedules meetings, and prevents conflicts.
- Prepares meeting agendas, minutes, talking points, and briefing materials.
- Coordinates travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reports.
- Prepares presentation decks, reports, and supporting materials.
Communication:
- Acts as a primary liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Drafts professional emails, memos, announcements, speeches and communication materials.
- Facilitates customer, supplier, or partner communication as needed.
Office Operations Management:
- Ensures smooth office operations — supply inventory, vendor coordination, logistics.
Initiatives Support
- Supports the execution of executive-level projects and initiatives by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions.
Events:
- Coordinates cross-functional activities and ensures alignment with priorities.
- Organizes internal events, team gatherings, workshops, and executive sessions.
- Handles logistics for corporate events, board meetings, and offsites.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven capability in planning, organizing and timely execution
- Self-driven with the ambition to grow, grounded in principles and values
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
