- Manages customer requests and product escalations
- Provide product support to NPI, new installations, and all active installed base
- Coordinate and support PUP and PIP activities at international sites as needed
- Leading the collection, summary, analysis, corrective actions, and reporting of data in alignment with Cebu Repair Team, and Product Engineering
- Create and provide Product Training Documents and Procedures to field team
- Travel for Training, Support, and Installation activities in assigned region
- Potential travel to customer sites to assist in resolving complex issues
- Other product support and customer support assignments as required
- Create new FRU and Technical Bulletins/Service Bulletins
- Data analyst function-
- Create monthly MTBF reports
- Work with field team to clarify part failure records and update database accordingly.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics or equivalent courses
- 3 to 10 years of strong technical experience and understanding of ATE testers or semiconductor equipment
- Strong communication and integration skills
- 3-10 years of product support/service experience in the semiconductor test industry
- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to schedule and manage small projects is desired
- Worldwide travel 5~20%
