- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing transfer plans of New Products from NPI to CSO and/or Current Products to other CSO regions like China or Costa Rica
- Manage CSO repair readiness, initial spares of FRUs identified, and customer (internal and external) escalations until the product support is handed over to CSO PROGs
- Coordinate all transfer activities including Capital, Spares, and Headcount planning, Facility preparation, Training, Repair/Rework processes, Procurement of materials, Compliance, and Documentation
- Project’s single point of contact and representation of CSO team to enable required CSO deliverables in the RPD
- Work closely with NPI, PSG, Continuing and Core Engineering, and Field Teams from Phase 3 to Phase 5
- Drive product FRB during the early ramp until the product is handed over to PROGs
- Manage strategic and major engineering projects other than product transfers as deemed necessary by the CSO Engineering Management
- Provide and communicate timely project updates as needed and conduct regular project reviews.
- And other task and or assignment assigned by immediate supervisor.

BS Degree on either Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering and/or project management role.

Experience in leading cross-functional projects.

Excellent communication skills at all levels in an organization.

Prior experience in product transfer is preferred.
