Opportunity Overview:


At Teradyne, the Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering projects that support business objectives, operational excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration. This role partners closely with engineering, operations, quality, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure across multiple initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to Teradyne processes, standards, and governance.
  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and process .

  •   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  •   Proven experience managing projects in a structured, cross‑functional environment
  •   Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  •   Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different functions
  •   Strong organizational, planning, and problem‑solving skills
