Duties and Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PMO Manager) is responsible for PMO operations and support of all critical projects in CSO. She/he ensures that all CSO projects are tracked/monitored and escalated to CSO management, as necessary.
- Responsible for overseeing the work of all project management office personnel and accountable of all CSO projects health and completion
- Lead or facilitate major and critical projects as needed
- Works with multiple cross-functional groups over project life cycle, coordinate dependencies and timing of deliverable within the project constraints: scope, schedule and budget
- Ensure that project management standards are upheld and clearly defined throughout the entire process of each project’s development and execution
- Responsible in building Project Management capability in the organization through execution of PM trainings and providing mentorship
- Strategic partner for CSO organization supporting business reviews, goals setting and performance tracking
Basic Qualifications, Education & Skills
- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of project management and knowledge areas
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in managing/monitoring projects or continuous improvement activities; preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or Information Technology
- Have the ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture
- Adept at project and change management
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
- Process oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, communication and composition skills with ability to foster communication and integration between project teams and or functional groups
- Must have strong interpersonal, teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile Methodologies an advantage.
