Organization & Role:

 

To lead enterprise‑wide requirements, process improvement, and system initiatives. This role partners with business and IT leaders to deliver high‑quality solutions while building a strong, high‑performing business analysis team.

 

  • Lead and manage Business Process & Systems team.
  • Manage critical and big projects involving IT/software implementation for CSO.
  • Oversight and governance of GCS Enterprise Architecture Landscape (process, tools, database, technology).
  • Coach and mentor Business process analysts towards excellent execution of business requirements management activities (build/grow individual members).
  • Support organization in adapting/building capability in latest tools/applications.
  • Support organization in the optimization of major applications thru bridging business requirements and solutions with the team's domain expertise/knowledge (Business Process/operation excellence).
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and manage sprints to ensure work done is aligned with plan.
  • Build regular stakeholder communication package/updates for both internal/external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or any related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems implementation.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or managing business analysts or cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis best practices, process modeling, and requirements governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including executive‑level reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, data, and process architecture is an advantage.
  • Project or program management experience is a plus.
