Quality Control Analyst

Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

• Provides support in the development and maintenance of the company’s Quality, Environment and Health and Safety management systems
• Reviews the QEHS policies and objectives to ensure alignment to the organization’s goals
• Creates annual audit program, and plans and executes internal audits based on the program
• Coordinates with certification bodies for annual ISO audits
• Liaise during certification and/or customer audits
• Trains and manages the internal audit team
• Coordinates for the timely reporting, analysis and resolution of nonconformances/complaints
• Analyze results of audits and other data to determine and report performance of the QEHS management systems where necessary, and recommend actions for improvement
• Manage documentation, corrective and preventive action systems, risk register
• Provide guidance to product and support groups to ensure requirements of the management systems are incorporated in the development and qualification of new processes

Education / Training / Skills / Experience Required:

• Engineering graduate, Electronics and Communications Engineering preferred
• Graduates of any 4 or 5 year course shall be considered if with extensive experience in implementing ISO management systems
• Excellent knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, from implementation, auditing, certification and maintenance
• Excellent RCCA skills, risk based thinking, application of management system principles, PDCA and other management system practices
• Experienced in auditing quality, environmental and health and safety management systems
• Detail oriented, highly analytical, with a high sense of urgency and can interact with different levels across the organization
• Adept at preparing Management System reports and presenting results to top management
• Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Competent PC skills: MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
• Basic project management skills is a plus.
