Opportunity Overview
In need of a Quality Engineer who will do the following as its responsibilities
- Lead quality planning activities to ensure products meet quality, reliability, and customer requirements from development through production.
- Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions to reduce defects and improve overall product quality.
- Partner with Quality Inspectors, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement sustainable solutions.
- Strengthen quality management processes with suppliers and factory teams to improve performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor Quality Inspectors, fostering technical growth, accountability, and a culture of quality.
- Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements, contributing to reduced defects and improved manufacturing performance.

- Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience
- Experience in Manufacturing Quality
- Background in Manufacturing Quality, with hands-on involvement in inspection and assurance activities.
- Experienced in utilizing Microsoft applications for documentation, analysis, and reporting.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to spot inconsistencies, errors, or potential risks in processes and documentation.
- Analytical Thinking – Breaking down complex problems into manageable parts and identifying root causes.
- Communication Skills – Clear, concise reporting of findings, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving – Developing practical solutions to quality issues and preventing recurrence.
- Conflict Resolution – Handling disagreements constructively, especially when quality concerns impact production schedules.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset – Proactively seeking ways to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Decision-Making – Making sound judgments under pressure.
