Opportunity Overview
As a Quality Inspector your roles and responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Reading Work Instructions and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards for incoming, in-process and out going materials and products.
- Thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Use various tools and techniques, including precision measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers), to assess product dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
- Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
- Identify and document any defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
- Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality
- Accepting or rejecting finished products/assemblies and discussing inspection results with the production team
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, including non-conformance issues, corrective actions taken, and quality metrics.

- Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent, BS Industrial Technology major in Electronics or equivalent, or any related course. New grads are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Electro mechanical/electronic assembly is an advantage
- Must have good manual dexterity in order to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing.
- Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Device (ESD) sensitive devices is an advantage
- Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
- Willing to work in an 8 hour shifts.
