Opportunity Overview

 

  • Develops and implements well‑defined repair/rework processes and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with customer and operational requirements.
  • Gathers, analyzes, and utilizes repair/rework process data to identify trends, validate issues, and drive targeted process changes and improvements.
  • Collaborates with cross‑functional teams to support timely containment, investigation, and effective resolution of customer issues and escalations.
  • Develops customized solutions to improve system yield, strengthen process capability, and meet KPIs and business requirements, including those for new product transfers.
  • Leads structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drives Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Conducts repair/rework process audits and generates timely reports on process performance, escalations, and project updates, while ensuring overall ownership and compliance of supported repair processes.
  • Qualifies rework equipment, tools, chemicals, and consumables according to intended use, ensuring suitability and readiness for rework operations.

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent courses
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has high sense of urgency and can interface with different level of positions in the organization.
  • Possesses high analytical skills
  • Strong background in process control tools is required.
  • Knowledge in Failure analysis and PCB technology is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Electronic PCBA Manufacturing Tin-Lead and RoHS Processes and ROHS directive 2001/95/EC compliance is an advantage.
  • Experience in conducting audits using a process-based approach is a plus
