Organization & Role

As a key member of the finance team, Revenue Analyst/Accountant plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial reporting integrity and operational excellence. This position sits at the intersection of technical accounting, data review, and business partnership, offering vital assistance to multiple departments.

This hybrid role requires onsite work in Cebu.

 

Opportunity Overview

• Review sales contracts to ensure worldwide revenues are accounted for according to ASC 606

• Assist the Revenue Operations group with revenue recognition rules

• Prepare actuals and forecasts for other costs of sales, including warranty expenses and freight costs

• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries

• Compile monthly bookings data and compare it with Lotus Notes for quarterly bookings reporting

· Prepare reconciliation for non-perpetual and perpetual IAD accounts on a weekly basis

· Prepare and review monthly Rental and Revenue Shares to ensure costs are accurately charged and revenue recognized

· Prepare and maintain cost relating to prepaids and ensure to align revenue and cost of goods sold

· Assist with internal and external audit requests as needed

· Provide insight into Revenue including Ad-hoc reporting and other projects

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, public accounting experience is a plus

• Solid Technical accounting skills • Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Office 365

• Energy and personality to work in a dynamic environment across all levels of management and business functions

 

Education

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience

· CPA desired
