As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and safeguarding our environment against cyber threats. You'll focus on improving our environment by developing automated responses to detect and contain password compromise and account takeover events. You'll design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions that meet the business and security requirements of our organization. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop automated responses to detect and contain password compromise and account takeover events swiftly. 
  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions to meet organizational business and security requirements. 
  • Manage the identity lifecycle and access rights of users, groups, roles, and privileges across various systems and applications. 
  • Implement and enforce IAM policies and standards, such as password complexity, access review, audit logging, and segregation of duties. 
  • Integrate and configure IAM tools and platforms, such as CyberArk PAM and EPM, Crowdstrike IDP, Active Directory, Azure AD, to support identity and access management processes and workflows. 
  • Support single sign-on, multifactor authentication, and privileged access management solutions for internal and external users. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues and incidents promptly and effectively. 
  • Monitor and report on IAM performance, compliance, and risk indicators. 
  • Conduct IAM assessments and audits, remediate findings or gaps. 
  • Research and evaluate new IAM technologies and trends, providing recommendations for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity professionals and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of IAM solutions with other security domains and initiatives. 
  • Participate in compensated on-call duty, typically averaging two weekends per quarter. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least three years focused on Cyber Security. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience using CyberArk PAM and EPM suite, Crowdstrike Identity Detection and Prevention, Active Directory, Azure AD, and others. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at both technical and management levels. 
  • Experience planning, prioritizing, and organizing work effectively. 
  • Working knowledge of NIST CSF, STRIDE, CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, and D3FEND frameworks. 
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, provisioning, deprovisioning, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, role-based access control, and privileged access management. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues and incidents promptly and effectively. 
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity risks and threats related to IAM and how to mitigate them. 
  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, are a plus.
