Opportunity Overview
We are looking for someone who applies established engineering principles, quality tools, and standard test methodologies to resolve a variety of product and test-related issues. This role works under general supervision, follows defined procedures, and delivers technically sound analyses and recommendations that support product quality, schedule adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Analyzes board-level failures including DOA, WARR, NFF, and SPR cases encountered by customers, and works with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality) to drive resolution.
- Performs structured troubleshooting, fault isolation, and data analysis to determine root causes of test and product issues.
- Develops and implements containment actions and corrective actions to support product quality improvements and prevent recurrence.
- Prepares technically sound reports documenting problem statements, analysis, actions taken, and verification results.
- Leads or supports critical projects that improve operational efficiency, product quality, or test robustness.
- May support new product transfer (NPT) activities, including early failure analysis, test readiness, and issue stabilization.
- Executes assigned engineering tasks under general supervision, following established procedures and quality controls.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of work outputs prior to technical review, recognizing the impact of errors on schedules and resource usage.
- Utilizes available automation or analytics tools to improve analysis efficiency and reporting accuracy, under established guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically 1–3 years of experience in test, debug, product quality, or related engineering functions.
- Working knowledge of standard engineering principles, test concepts, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Practical application of root cause analysis and core quality tools.
- Ability to analyze test data and generate clear technical documentation and reports.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools, data analytics, or automation solutions used to improve test efficiency, failure analysis, or reporting.
