Test Engineer (GCS, Philippines: Cebu)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge:

       - Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively address customer needs and issues.

• Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

       - Work closely with Product Quality Engineering and US Continuing Engineering to understand customer failure trends and provide appropriate solutions.

       -Communicate and address common customer challenges with cross-functional Engineering Teams.

• Reporting and Analysis:

        -Create clear and concise reports to help Cross-Functional Engineering Teams understand product or platform performance for specific customers.

        -Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving the customer experience.

• Technical Assistance:

        -Provide technical assistance to cross-functional engineering teams, helping them resolve product issues and concerns.

• Customer Engagement:

        -Hold regular meetings with Field Service Teams and Product Quality Engineers to monitor the progress and status of customer engagement actions.

Basic Qualifications, Education and Skills Required: 

• Engineering Graduate (BS ECE, BS CompE)

• Strong understanding of the Teradyne’s products or services, is an advantage

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to provide technical assistance and resolve product issues.

• Experience in customer engagement and satisfaction, is an advantage.
