Opportunity Overview: 

 

  • Collaborates with the Repair Operations, Field Service Team, Sustaining Engineering (Mechanical and Hardware Team), Test Development Engineering (North Reading) with product improvement.
  • Drives failure analysis and root cause identification to decrease field defective returns.
  • Builds data structures to determine product reliability and generate reports based on both Repair Operations and Field Issues.
  • Supports test equipment set-up, validation, and verification of software applications, equipment maintenance and upgrades, and the upkeep of tools and jigs.
  • Pilot the set-up of end-to-end repair capabilities and conducts technical training for Repair Operations.
  • Designs and reviews processes with that drives quality, reliability, and process improvements.
  • Creates documentation for both repair processes and work instructions that is used in Repair Operations.

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent courses
  • Must have high analytical skills.
  • Must have a high sense of urgency.
  • Must be capable of interfacing with cross-functional teams across different levels of the organization.
  • Must have solid electronics troubleshooting skills.
  • Must have solid automation troubleshooting skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Nice to Have:

 

  • Degree or working knowledge in Statistics
  • Knowledgeable in Automation and ICT Systems
  • Knowledgeable in SolidWorks
  • Knowledgeable in Power BI and Visual Studio
