Opportunity Overview:

The Test Supervisor is a senior supervisory role responsible for owning test and repair capability, readiness, and sustained performance across the organization. • Support Production Supervisors by clarifying capability expectations, escalation pathways, and performance enablers that promote consistent execution.

Operational Governance & Performance Oversight

  • Monitor overall operational health through performance trends, yield stability, repeat failure patterns, WIP health, and emerging systemic risks.
  • Safeguard compliance with test and repair procedures, quality systems, safety standards, and technical governance requirements.
