Test Technician(OPS Nextest, Philippines: Cebu)

Opportunity Overview

• Familiar and can execute System level Assembly, Board level assembly and perform Functionality testing.
• He/She is likewise expected to do first level system maintenance or instrument isolation.
• Familiar and can execute Assembly and Disassembly of Instruments/boards
• Responsible in the debug and quality repair of defective boards.
• Other responsibilities also include working with the Test Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer in process requirements, process creation, quality improvements, reliability issues, as well as implementation of ECNs
• May support new product transfers
• Remote support to other OPS site/regions

• Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduates with relevant experience in board repair
• Knowledgeable in electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering and repair
• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end testers is an advantage
• Goal and results-oriented, assertive and hardworking
• Computer literate
