Test Technician (GCS, Philippines)

Duties and Responsibilities: 

The Test Technician is in charge of debugging and quality-repairing defective systems and tbus. He/she is likewise expected to perform system and tbu preventive maintenance. Other roles include working with the RSE Hardware Engineer on the qualification - part with obsolescence issues, rebuild part, refurbished part, and new patch software validation, process requirements and quality improvements, reliability issues, and meeting repair goals.

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

• A 3-year course in Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics with relevant experience in electronic circuit board repair.

• Knowledgeable in electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering, and repair.

• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end testers is an advantage.

• Experience and knowledge in systems/tbus with HDD/PBT is an advantage.

• Goal and results-oriented, positive, and hardworking.

• Computer literate
