Opportunity Overview

  • Keen attention to details, 100% compliance to Electro-Mechanical aasembly and procedures.
  • Run the full test procedures of Teradyne assemblies based on the define procedure. Doing so will include activities such as (but not limited to) installing assemblies into a test system or Zero pins, connecting/disconnecting interface cables, power supply cables, DIBs, and other necessary fixtures/cables, then loading and running the correct automated  test program.
  • Interpret failure data log from test programs, and follow a define troubleshooting steps to fix assemblies; escalating to Technician, Engineer, or Supervisor for failures that are not yet defined.
  • Run a number of define specific steps to properly fix the assemblies performing repetitive defined testing and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Works with the Test technician and Test Engineer in process and quality improvements, reliability issues as well as meeting department/section goals.
  • Perform visual inspection to ensure units has been in conformance with the assembly procedures.

  • Candidate must possess a Vocational Diploma in Electronics or equivalent, BS Industrial Technology major in Electronics or equivalent, or any related course. New grads are welcome to apply.
  • Strong experience in Electro mechanical assembly is an advantage
  • Must have good manual dexterity in order to perform mechanical assembly and wire harnessing.
  • Experience in machine operations and knowledgeable in handling Electrostatic Device (ESD) sensitive devices is an advantage
  • Proficient in computer operation, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, etc), and familiarity with internet based program navigation, with ability to generate and interpret computer data.
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
  • Willing to work in an 8 hour shifts.
