Duties & Responsibilities

Solve problems effectively to keep operation on track while protecting quality .

Manage and meet Capacity, On Time Delivery and Quality objectives

Effective problem solving, communication and escalation of technical issues, material shortages and related obstacles on the manufacturing floor

Coordinate efforts across functional team between Plexus and Eagle Test
-
Involve in development plus administration of rewards program for high achievers.

Maintain feasible schedules of entire product teams and expedite material as needed.

Maintain and present training to team members on every manufacturing procedure, processes and equipment.

Ensure entire safety of all employees working in manufacturing department.

Supervise production planning, instrument manufacturing, purchasing and shipping departments.

Lead and motivate all internal and third party team members to fulfill schedules, improve control costs and quality.

Train, coach and supervise third party team members to attain optimum performance considering every employee.

Ensure to promote atmosphere allowing them to use best of their skills.

Perform with teams and supply chain management to ensure stable stream of inventory without any excess.

Conduct routine audits of equipment and schedules.

Design, prepare and record test and manufacturing methods to ensure high quality and efficiency.

Comply with entire Q/A manual to assure shipping of exclusive high quality products.

Design and change facilities and production line along with assist function areas regularly to reduce space and waste.

Work with NPI, planning, engineering, production, and marketing on all product transition, customer requests, communicating impact and make decision.
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

Degree in Engineering, Operation Management or other relevant disciplines

Minimal 10 years working experience with at least 5 years in depth experience in operations and/or program management in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in EMS environment and complex box build operation would be an advantage.

Good operational, leadership and interpersonal skills with excellence drive and enthusiasm.

Analytical, detail-focused, mature thinking, organized and high sense of urgency.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to management.

Flexible to work at multiple time zones
