Location: Bayan Lepas area, onsite at Island Penang contract manufacturing site

Opportunity Overview

• Work with Marketing specialist to understand customer needs, figure out ways to support customer requests, result orientated.
• Analysis Customer changes order requests, analysis ATPs, workout trade off proposals, run Simulation with contract manufacturer to provide the best delivery commits in time manner.
• Calculate and put up demand variance buffer model in place to position independent forecast to support customer changes within drop window.
• Be on top of any issues that may impact on time delivery, such as, gating shortages, drop in demand, quality issues and related ECO impact and so on.
• Be responsible for the ECOs/deviation review and approval.
• LTB parts ATP calculation and Commit.
• Be responsible to clear paperwork in time to guarantee slots on time launching and shipping- CORC, Bookings and shipping holds.
• Be responsible for Refurb material application and Customer approval process.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) is preferred.
• Understand MRP running logic in and out, related to multiple MRP centers Supply vs Consumption netting off, ATP concept, basic forecasting process.
• Must have a thorough understanding of ECO on planning aspects, material impacts, multiple level high level assembly impacts, future effective dates changes impact.
• Must be an experienced user of Excel, master and use basic excel formulas smoothly, access ability is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and ability to handle pressure, challenges, be open mind and teamwork.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), mandarin is a plus.
