Opportunity Overview
Focuses on internal processes: QEs are primarily concerned with the quality of a product or service within the organization. Ensure production meets defined standards and identify areas for improvement within manufacturing.

Acts as a bridge between customer and company: QEs act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Focus on ensuring the product meets the customer's expectations.

• Lead and manage Perfect Installation Program (PIP) activities across ETS platform.
• Monitor installation quality performance using Tableau dashboards and field quality metrics.
• Analyze installation defects, customer complaints, and field failures to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and RCCA closure for product and process issues.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, NPI, Sustaining Engineering, Field Service Engineering (FSE), and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Coordinate failure analysis activities and validate containment, corrective actions, and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain installation quality databases, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Prepare executive summaries, management reports, and weekly quality performance updates.
• Conduct audits, quality reviews, and process compliance assessments at manufacturing sites.
• Review field service feedback and customer observations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive standardization efforts across global manufacturing sites to ensure consistent quality processes and documentation.
• Support deviation management, engineering change implementation, and qualification activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Support manufacturing sites in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, and contract manufacturers on quality-related initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/mechanical engineering.
• 5 years of experience in either Manufacturing/Process/Fabrication/Design or Quality.
• Candidates with strong engineering experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC) a plus.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Electromechanical assembly and SMT Line Process.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma.
• Experience with quality control or statistical software.
