Opportunity Overview

Technical compliance engineer will work with multiple functional groups within Teradyne and subcontractors to prove product EAR compliance before system shipment, coordinate and execute the triage/mitigation activities to meet compliant shipment

  • Conduct EAR Compliance Analysis with Utilizing software tools like Oracle, Rapid Response
  • Execute the documentation to prove EAR compliance before shipment
  • Point out the “red” trouble spots of SO’s that are likely to need mitigation steps
  • Assist with factory engineering, PSG, NPI, SBM, GSO for mitigation steps to be deployed to make non-compliant materials ready for compliant shipment.
  • Update Training Documentation for continual improvement of the process as well as provide insights and to BPIT and BPE’s regarding datasets and system process / design for continual IT improvement for EAR compliance
  • Make compliance checks for new products before they are quoted
  • Make compliance checks for Semi Eng / NPI while products are still in development

  • Bachelor degree in Electric Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years experience in quality/Process/Engineering
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive working attitude with problem solving skill
  • Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.
