Opportunity Overview

  • Accurately input and manage daily transactions related to international and domestic shipments.
  • Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
  • Prepare and process shipping and export documents (e.g. invoices, packing lists, AWB / BL)
  • Manage and update purchase orders (POs) related to shipment activities.
  • Ensure shipment details, documents, and PO information are accurate and complete.
  • Track, trace, and report shipment and delivery status.
  • Follow up with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners on delivery requirements.
  • Review orders to ensure correct Incoterms, Named Place, ECCN, HTS, and other basic compliance details.
  • Prepare off‑line or manual export documentation when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation filing and record‑keeping.
  • Support day‑to‑day logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare and write up purchase requisitions and follow up on approval until purchase orders are released to respective suppliers via Oracle system.
  • Adhere to Teradyne purchasing policies and SOX control policies when preparing the purchase requisitions and purchaser orders via Oracle system.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and meet shipment deadlines.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution environment
  • Basic knowledge of international shipping documentation and export administration
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Product classification knowledge is an added advantage

 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position
