Major Responsibilities:

  • Account management and build up good relationship with customer.
  • Understand customer needs as well as their production problems and provide prompt consulting.
  • Follow up with customers and inter-department on technical issue tracking and case escalation.
  • Provide Test Program Development and NPI support to customer.
  • Provide on-site support as well as customer training, knowledge sharing & workshop presentation.

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Familiar with ATEs and production environment.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills.
  • Knowledge of Load board schematics design and layout.
  • Knowledge of IC test theory.
  • Device correlation and test program release experience.
  • Driver and UI knowledge.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronic, communication, microwave; above 2 years working experience.
  • Knowledge of VB, Windows NT, C, C++
  • Knowledge of Digital and Analog Fundamentals
  • Experience of IC Design or ATE is Preferred
  • Logical thinking
  • Business Travel requirement
