Major Responsibilities:
- Account management and build up good relationship with customer.
- Understand customer needs as well as their production problems and provide prompt consulting.
- Follow up with customers and inter-department on technical issue tracking and case escalation.
- Provide Test Program Development and NPI support to customer.
- Provide on-site support as well as customer training, knowledge sharing & workshop presentation.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiar with ATEs and production environment.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills.
- Knowledge of Load board schematics design and layout.
- Knowledge of IC test theory.
- Device correlation and test program release experience.
- Driver and UI knowledge.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronic, communication, microwave; above 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge of VB, Windows NT, C, C++
- Knowledge of Digital and Analog Fundamentals
- Experience of IC Design or ATE is Preferred
- Logical thinking
- Business Travel requirement
