Opportunity Overview
This Customer Service Engineer position delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customers based on Teradyne product and service. It provides support for assessment of customer needs, and implementation of the solutions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Account management and building up good relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs as well as their production problems and provide prompt consulting.
- Follow up with customers and inter-department on technical issue tracking and case escalation.
- Provide new tester installation service and warranty period hardware problem troubleshooting service.
- Provide on-site support, as well as customer training, knowledge sharing & workshop presentation.
Technical Requirements:
- Familiar with ATEs and production environment.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting process and skills.
- Knowledge of ATEs instruments and related docking with Handler and Prober.
- Knowledge of IC test theory.
- Device correlation and test program release experience.
- Driver and UI knowledge.

- Bachelor’s degree or above in IC design, electrical engineering, RF, electronics, communication, microwave; above 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge of Digital and Analog Fundamentals
- Experience of ATE is Preferred
- Logical thinking
- Business Travel requirement
