This position, Finance Manager – Product Manager, will serve as a replacement for the Finance Manager, who will be in pre-retirement as of March 1, 2023, and Product Manager for an important product development project and for the implementation of a new "Service" activity.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Finance Manager – Ab. 60% of Full-Time activity
    • Supervision of one accounting assistant (50%) and one office assistant (20%)
    • Lemsys Finance and G&A organization and supervision
    • Cash flow monitoring
    • Reporting to Lemsys management and Finance corporate
    • HR Lemsys “antenna” for the Teradyne HR manager based in Paris
    • Information system management and supervision
    • Payroll execution and supervision (outsourced)
  • Product Manager - Ab. 40% of Full-Time activity
    • Management of a product development project; Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Service.
    • Development and implementation of a new after-sales service activity
       

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Strong team leadership
  • Business development oriented
  • Communication skills
  • At least 5-year experience on management ideally in the electronics industry in a below 50 persons company size
  • Well-developed organizational skills (planning, tracking, regular progress reports, organized presentation).
  • Experience in mastering a reporting system and information system management
  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Good written communication required in English.
  • Available for travelling.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Finance – Engineering experience a plus
