Teradyne are looking for a talented and experienced Hardware/Control system engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the analysis and modeling .

Job Responsibilities

• Develop electronic circuits and their tests strategies
• Develop and design control algorithms for electronic systems.
• Perform system analyses and model dynamic behaviors to optimize performance.
• Create and test prototypes to validate the concepts.
• Program microcontrollers and FPGAs to implement control algorithms.
• Use simulation tools and carry out laboratory tests to evaluate system performance.
• Write technical reports and design documents to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Work closely with design, hardware and software teams to integrate control systems.

Job Qualifications and Skills

• Technical knowledge: Electronics engineering, control systems BSEE or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of HW design experience.
• Strong Knowledge of Analog and digital circuit design
• Programming skills: Experience in C/C++, Python, MATLAB/Simulink or VHDL.
• Competence in dynamic systems analysis and control theory.
• Ability to create and test electronic prototypes.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.
• Abillity to work effectively in a multi-geographical team environment and communicate technical information clearly
• Strong knowledge of SiC/GaN device properties
