Sr Technical Recruiter

As a Sr. Technical Recruiter, you’ll own requisitions from sourcing to closing, partner with managers to understand their hiring needs, and work creatively to find the best person for each position. You should be comfortable leading, providing feedback, optimizing recruiting processes and driving relationships forward to help us achieve our hiring goals

  • Be a strategic partner to hiring managers to define needs and design hiring processes to ensure a world-class candidate experience (primary focus on Engineering teams)
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process from source to close
  • Develop and execute on creative sourcing strategies both individually and with team to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates
  • Get creative - help us find networking events to host or attend to continue to create diversity in our recruiting pipeline
  • Drive offer approval, extensions and negotiations
  • Communicate key metrics and insights on recruiting pipeline and high-level strategy
  • Work with hiring managers and HR to ensure job requirements are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience
  • Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors and unemployment conditions
  • Recruit for other areas within company when needed
  • Screen and deliver candidates at top of the funnel so hiring managers only see a strong subset of technically capable candidates
  • Manage technology used to complement hiring process including digital interviews, relocation software, and assessment tools
  • Responsible for creating alliances/programs with universities and colleges
  • Responsible for the participation in local job fairs
  • Manage additional recruiting projects as needed
  • Be able to understand intermediate legal labor matters regarding recruitment
  • Be able to innovate and propose ideas/improvements when needed
  • Support HR Manager in HR recruitment related topics as needed

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Education required

  • 7+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience with minimum 3 years performing in house recruiting in technical IT positions.
  • Shown success as a Technical Recruiter, using creative and traditional sourcing methods
  • Ability to set clear expectations and execute against them
  • Possess excellent social, organizational, communication and negotiation skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, and remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives
  • Ability to recruit beyond selling a role – understanding the unique qualities of each candidate, their motivation, and then match talent to the needs of the organization
  • Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged, showing energy for and commitment to learning new and creative recruiting methods
  • Affinity for learning company product lines and technology and the ability to leverage that knowledge for promoting the company brand passionately
  • Proven experience in building and managing a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
  • Bachelors of Science in Business Administration/ Psychology preferred.
  • Previous experience using recruitment platforms (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Success Factors, etc)
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR processes, programs and policies.
  • Solid skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Previous recruiting/HR experience in Multinational Tech companies
  • Experience recruiting globally and working with managers around the globe.
