Opportunity Overview

 

  •  
  • Customer order management including quoting, booking, and invoicing process.
  • Customer agreement maintenance.
  • Revenue/spending forecast and analysis.
  • Generate service reports periodically to customers
  • Outsourcing vendor management, PR/PO issuance, receipt, and filing.
  • Export/Import logistic and relevant spending control
  • Administrative work, ie. customer site entrance permit application, training, holding event, travel logistic and etc.
  • Supporting other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits.
  • Ad-hoc requests are addressed by the management team when needed.

 

All About You

 

 

  •       Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years of professional experience in related work.
  •       Must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  •       Strong communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  •       Advanced skills in the use of personal computers and related software.
  •       Oracle MRP experience is desirable.
  •       Familiar with Microsoft Excel, MS Office certificate will be a plus.
  •       Great attention to detail.
  •       Candidate must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
