Opportunity Overview
1. Manage and coach Engineers to ensure consistent performance of the team.
2. Driving the technical team to make sure the systems always meet or exceed daily operational requirement.
3. To manage internal/external resources, application/production issues activities.
4. Provide technical support and resolution to the customers. This includes project development, production support, identification of problem areas and productively to provide prevention solution.
5. Capable of analyzing complex system performance and operation data.
6. Manage customer expectations by quick, clear and accurate delivery of pro-active action, information and responses to customer (Internal and External).
7. Follow-up and ensure timely closure of all customer complaint.
8. Has winning attitude and always seek for improvement.
9. Willing to work extra hours to accommodate customer or job requirement. Always strive to exceed expectation.

1. Bachelor Degree in Electronics or equivalent
2. Possess strong leadership. Minimum 5 years experience in Engineering role.
3. Travel occasionally, but willing to travel at short notice.
4. Strong analytical skill is required. Good knowledge on troubleshooting skill.
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
6. Able to integrate and drive cross-functional resources to achieve results.
7. Pro-active, team player, meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressure.
