Opportunity Overview
The Test Supervisor handles coordinating and overseeing daily ATE PCBA/instrument repair operations to ensure that safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are consistently achieved. This role manages and develops Repair teams, effectively utilizes resources, enhances continuous improvement efforts, and ensures alignment with company goals and customer expectations across global repair operations. The role works in close collaboration with global Teradyne counterparts.
- Provides guidance to Taiwan site repair and logistics operations, ensuring safe execution, effective resource utilization, production readiness, and timely material movement while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Oversees and coordinates daily repair operations of Automatic Test Equipment PCBAs and/or instruments to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Mentors team members and reviews performance against KPIs and annual goals.
- Plans, schedules, and assigns work to ensure on-time completion of planning requirements.
- Coordinates and optimizes team resources (people, machines, materials, and equipment) based on workload.
- Provides onboarding and training resources to strengthen team capability and ensure compliance with standards.
- Ensures adherence of the team to quality, safety, and customer service standards.
- Monitors equipment condition and ensures proper maintenance and availability.
- Facilitates process and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provides budget planning, cost monitoring, and variance awareness.
- Maintains a safe, organized, and well-maintained work environment and ensures proper use of assets.
- Works collaboratively with offshore management and global Repair teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or team coordination experience, preferably in repair or manufacturing operations.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps).
- Demonstrates clear thinking, structured problem resolution, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrates ability to guide teams, stay organized, and work effectively with others.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and applications is an advantage.
