Opportunity Overview


The intern will design and develop an online inventory system for spare part tracking across multiple sites (e.g., Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Korea), as well as implement AI-based tester monitoring (e.g., status, failures, yield) using historical data. The intern will also participate in designing software diagnostics to test electronic circuits and the functionality of modules within the tester. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  1. Manage Inventory data for multiple sites on SharePoint  

  1. Design Excel sheet formats 

  1. Set up online storage/location on SharePoint 

  1. Develop real-time reports or dashboard views 

  1. Develop AI monitoring tools  

  1. Develop a local AI model (offline) for leaning tester data from databases 

  1. Analysis data and develop a chatbot for users 

  1. Perform basic failure prediction 

  1. Co-develop diagnostic tools to verify electronic circuits and functionality 

  1. Study tester components and related circuits 

  1. Understand controller and communication concepts, including board-to-board protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART, JTAG, USB, PCIE) 

  1. Develop software for component testing 

 

 

Technical  

  • SharePoint (online data sharing) 

  • Excel, Power BI, Power Automate 

  • Database: ProgreSQL 

  • Programming Language: 

  • .NET (C#) 

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in:  

  • Electronics / Semiconductor Engineering or related fields 

  • Basic programming knowledge  

  • .NET (C#), ProgreSQL, LLM concepts 

  • Understanding of: 

  • Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate 

  • AI / Chatbot concepts 

 

Expected Deliverables 

  • By the end of the internship, the intern should: 

  • Deliver a working SharePoint-based inventory system 

  • Provide basic dashboard/reporting capability 

  • Develop a chatbot for tester data analysis 

  • Submit documentation and code for handover 

 

 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position
