Opportunity Overview

• Working location: Prachinburi, Thailand
• Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and all policies, regulations and company rules
• Support in production daily tasks to maintain KPI achievement with more than 99% target
• Repair, service, and installation of Saturn HD machine
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, delivering high standards of customer service
• Coordinate with Customer Test Equipment Team to ensure effective planning, organization, and delivery of system service breakdown
• Work safely by following standard procedures
• Operate process equipment, process control, and other equipment related to the production tester according to the work instructions
• Acquire full understanding and knowledge for tester operations, train other operating technicians as requested
• Record observations on quality report and all abnormal conditions to shift engineer or
• supervisor at once.

• BS or higher in Mechatronics and Mechanical or other Engineering disciplines.
• Experience in HDD test systems or related experience 3+ years.
• Computer literacy and Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, and Word.
• Good communication, listening and writing in English skills will be advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical.
  • Bearings, gearboxes, shafts, couplings, gears, and belts of linear motion systems
  • Pneumatic systems
  • Mechanical assembly, alignment and adjustment.
  • CAD drawings and schematics
  • SolidWorks, AutoCAD. Etc.,
  • Bills Of Materials (BOM)
  • Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
  • Design specifications
  • Mechanical standards documentation
• Basic knowledge of Mechatronics.

• Participation is a positive influence on the team.
• Leads and supervise technicians that repair and maintain the production test equipment.
• Analyze recurring equipment issues and determine root causes.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve equipment reliability.
• Support major system upgrades, retrofits, and new product introductions.
• Arrange training to ensure proper operation, preventive maintenance, and repair procedures for technicians.
• Report anomaly or non-compliance in relation to Ethics and Compliance policies of the Company.
• Report near-miss, close-call and work safety violations in relation to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Report product / production irregularity, anomaly, defectives in relation to product quality assurance.
• Assign or change job responsibility to technicians.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process, equipment, and quality system.
