The Teradyne Semiconductor Test Division is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, driven Eco System Manager.

 

This role will be driving the growth and profitability of Teradyne’s various product lines by creating an optimal experience between Teradyne’s global upstream customers (Fabless, IDM) and downstream customers (OSATs, Foundries, Testing Houses) to ensure mutual business success. 

 

Vital to the success of this role is collaborating across multiple global teams – marketing, sales, operations, and applications – understanding multiple markets - mobile, automotive, computing, industrial etc. – and working alongside our customers who are small to large international semiconductor companies.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Enable strategic design-in deployment at downstream customers (OSATs) by working with cross-functional teams inside of Teradyne
  • Manage and provide key business insights about OSATs loading, utilization and competitive situation.
  • Develop and execute strategy at OSATs from their buying influence along with our value proposition. 
  • Partner and develop new business opportunities / initiative from OSATs to win new customers (e.g. startups)
  • Drive product / platform / business / pricing strategy / roadmap at OSATs
  • Work with marketing to ensure OSAT perspective has been well understood to ensure Teradyne delivers compelling products that our customers will adopt.
  • Develop competitive differentiation through sales and marketing collateral and training of sales and field team
  • Develop strategic customer relationships in cooperation with sales
  • Synthesize market and business results and forecast to support Quarterly Business Reviews, investor relations, and the executive management team

 

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

 

  • 10 years of sales, marketing and/or ATE application experience, preferably in semiconductor industry
  • Technical background is preferred with strong analytical skills; demonstrated experience as engineering manager or team lead a strong advantage
  • BS, preferably in electrical engineering.
  • MBA preferred, or equivalent managerial experience
  • This position requires a person with very strong leadership, analytical, synthesis and integration skills. This role will require an extensive amount of integrating and visibility across all functions of the business and at all levels.
  • Travel of 30%+ to be expected
