Customer Production Support Engineer

Basic Qualifications, Education & Skills Required:

•    Bachelor/master’s in electronic or Mechatronic is preferred.
•    Familiar with semiconductor test process.
•    Electronics, computer software development/debug capability.
•    Fluency in English both in writing and oral. 
•    Good attitude to work. 
•    Enthusiastic to work.
•    Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
•    Minimum 5 years working experience.

•    Application engineer or electronic engineer in the electrical industry is an advantage.

•    Automation or tester handler experience is an advantage.

•    Good skills in statistical software tools and Excel VBA for complex data analysis and reporting are an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Manage customer on the designated account.
• Work with customers on production issues, usage, and system improvements.
• Work with Sales team and Factory for account and company goals.
• Work to application engineer colleagues for application related that may requires hardware support.
• Provide onsite technical support at customer sites such as the following activities:
  • System Repair
  • New system installation
  • System transfer
  • Customer system upgrade
  • System retrofit.
• Knowledgeable on the following Teradyne platform is an advantage.
  • Teradyne IntegraFLEX, MicroFLEX, UltraFLEX
  • ETS200/200T/200TFT/300/364/88/88TH and 800
  • Nextest Magnum platforms
• Provide basic Application support to customer for production issue that requires debugging test programs on Teradyne Test system.
• Conduct Basic maintenance trainings and production support classes at customer site and Teradyne office where system is available.
• Provide phone, email, and remote support to customers.
