Opportunity Overview

The AI Enablement Program Manager is a highly experienced professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing foundational AI enablement frameworks, processes, and enterprise-wide strategies.  This role focuses on building scalable, integrated AI architectures and governance models that align with organizational goals, foster innovation, and enable evidence-based judgment.  Rather than focusing solely on discrete project delivery, the Program Manager will steward the development of cohesive AI strategies, roadmaps, and processes that ensure sustainable adoption and integration of AI technologies across the enterprise.  This position requires a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, enterprise architecture, and process optimization, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Develops and implements foundational AI enablement frameworks that integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems, workflows, and architectures, ensuring scalability and alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Guides the design and delivery of AI adoption roadmaps, focusing on enterprise-wide strategies, governance, and process optimization rather than isolated project execution.
  • Collaborates with IT and business teams to establish AI integration processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and operational workflows.
  • Defines and oversees governance frameworks to ensure the ethical, responsible, and compliant use of AI technologies across the organization.
  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to identify high-impact AI use cases, assess feasibility, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment and ROI.
  • Drives the creation of policies and processes for AI model lifecycle management, including monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Supports organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions to AI-enabled processes and fostering a culture of innovation and adoption.
  • Engages with senior stakeholders to align AI strategies with business objectives, providing regular updates on progress, complexities, and outcomes.
  • Facilitates workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote awareness and understanding of AI capabilities and best practices across the organization.
  • Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future implementations.
  • Stays informed on emerging AI technologies, regulations, and industry standards, partnering with Information Security and Compliance teams to guide risk management efforts.
  • Acts as a champion for AI enablement, advocating for the integration of AI into enterprise processes and promoting its value to stakeholders at all levels..
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary, and at the discretion of the line manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, information technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, platforms, tools, and technologies (e.g., Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, etc.).
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data engineering, data insights and agentic development and deployment.
  • Knowledge of IT systems, integration, and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to organize cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and time-management skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing AI or data-driven projects.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-wide frameworks, governance models, and scalable processes.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects on time and within budget, including proven expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, data science, and business stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or AI certifications (e.g., Google AI Engineer, etc.).
  • Experience working in regulated industries with a focus on data privacy and security.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and enterprise architecture methodologies.

 

 

 

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $140,500 - $224,800. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

 

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
