Opportunity Overview

The Business Intelligence Professional within Global Customer Services (GCS) plays a key role in transforming operational and financial data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making. This position is responsible for developing reporting solutions, advancing business intelligence capabilities, supporting system improvements, and contributing to the technology roadmap that enables business growth and operational excellence. The role partners closely with product managers, regional contract coordinators, business analysts, IT teams, and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development, maintenance, and implementation of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support the GCS business.
• Develop, analyze, and communicate key operational and financial metrics to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global team members to define and execute business system and reporting roadmaps.
• Support data management initiatives, system enhancements, and business intelligence infrastructure improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement automation, AI tools, and process efficiencies that enhance reporting effectiveness.
• Conduct business and market analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement continuous process improvement opportunities across business operations.
• Support business process transformation activities and enterprise system implementations.

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting technologies.
• Understanding of data management principles and business process improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and functions.
• Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems implementations.
• Exposure to automation tools, AI-enabled reporting solutions, or data engineering concepts.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $71,400-$114,200. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. 

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
