Opportunity Overview:

The CI/CD Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and continuously improving Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes across multiple software engineering teams. This role partners closely with software developers, test engineers, DevOps engineers, program managers, and technical leaders to ensure efficient build, test, release, and deployment workflows.

The successful candidate will help drive software delivery excellence by facilitating release readiness, managing CI/CD governance activities, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting automation initiatives that improve quality and deployment reliability.

  • Coordinate CI/CD activities across multiple software development programs.
  • Monitor build, integration, testing, and deployment pipelines for execution status and compliance.
  • Facilitate software release planning, readiness reviews, and deployment coordination activities.
  • Track and communicate pipeline health, release metrics, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Partner with development and quality engineering teams to improve delivery efficiency and software quality.
  • Support implementation and adoption of CI/CD best practices, standards, and governance.
  • Assist with maintaining documentation, workflows, release schedules, and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate root-cause investigations for build and deployment failures and track corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation, reliability, and deployment consistency.
  • Support configuration management, release management, and change management activities.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize CI/CD enhancements and process improvements.
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into software delivery performance.

 

All About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting software development, release management, DevOps, CI/CD, or program coordination activities.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, Jira, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong understanding of source control, build management, automated testing, content merges across streams and deployment processes.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and skill is a plus.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $105,300 - $168,500. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

 

Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
