Opportunity Overview
The AI Co‑Op will play a hands‑on role supporting the development and adoption of AI tools and workflows within the HR organization. This position will reporting directly into the Head of Talent Acquisition as a primary resource to drive active AI initiatives in Talent Acquisition (TA) as well as other areas within HR. This role will also partner with peer HR teams in current state analysis and guidance on AI opportunities and solutioning.
In this role, you will:
- Centrally support the rollout of TA’s AI Literacy & Enablement initiative.
- Enablement of AI within the broader Talent Center of Excellence, specifically in Performance Management, and Learning.
- Extend collaboration with HR teams including TA Center of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Regional HR, Rewards and HR Service Center on AI process optimization and workflow mapping.
- Analyze recurring HR processes to identify automation opportunities and propose more efficient, digital and technical solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance HR workflows and optimize decision-making.
- Develop AI‑assisted resources, playbooks, training materials, and knowledge articles that help HR teams adopt emerging tools beyond the near term.
- Guide current operations and reporting analysts on data summaries, prompts, templates, and use‑cases to support recruiter and HR productivity.
- Support internal communication efforts for AI initiatives, including newsletters, quick‑start guides, and office‑hours content.

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or related fields, advanced degree in AI is preferred.
- Project professional (or personal) showcasing AI capabilities- previous intern/work experience with AI preferred
- Interest in HR, Talent Acquisition, and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience with: prompts, data analysis, workflow mapping, or productivity tooling (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Notion, M365 Copilot).
- Primary skills: strong writing ability, analytical thinking, curiosity about technology, and comfort working with digital tools.
- Basic data interpretation, documentation drafting, and process visualization.
- Familiarity with AI assistants, automation platforms, or HR systems (bonus, not required).
- Attention to detail, eagerness to learn, strong communication skills, adaptability.
- Soft skills (team): collaboration, willingness to share findings, openness to feedback, partnership mindset.
- Must be coming from an established Cooperative School Partner.

Compensation:
The hourly range for this role is $36.00- $42.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
