Opportunity Overview
What you’ll do as a Demand Analyst:
- Develop analytical tools to evaluate dynamic customer demand and recommend inventory strategies.
- Identify and spearhead process improvements — including automation initiatives — to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to assess the impact of market trends and emerging technologies on product demand.
- Support core demand planning activities, including quarterly Instrument Strategy Review, excess & obsolescence analyses, inventory forecasting, and more.
- Design and maintain dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience within supply chain / inventory management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently interpret complex data
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau
- Experience with R, Python, or VBA
- Familiarity with ERP and SCM systems (Oracle and RapidResponse preferred)
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $85,700-137,100. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
