Opportunity overview
- Perform qualification/design validation testing on new products; work with engineers to assist with validation prior to product being released into production.
- Test Execution and debug complex PCBAs and High-Level Assemblies to board level and, occasionally, to component level.
- Identify, analyzes, document, and communicate all issues encountered during execution of test processes.
- Analyze test log files
- Ability to solve problems through creative and analytical thinking
- Identify root causes and pursue corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of faults.
- Work closely with Client Test and NPI groups to obtain resolutions to issues encountered.
- Documenting, troubleshooting and isolating moderate to complex problems
- Participate in SW qualification plans and report bugs that could impact performance

- Knowledge and experience with signal generators, digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Ability to work independently on time bound projects.
- Knowledge of both analog and digital circuits and experience with component-level debug of PCB assemblies.
- Knowledge of Windows, Client Office, Adobe Reader, understanding BOMs, Revision controls, and ECO's is preferred
- Knowledge of six sigma, lean manufacturing, 5S practices, Quality Control problem solving tools and PCBA manufacturing problem is a plus.
- Experience with RF products is a plus
Education Requirements:
- Associate degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent, required.
