Opportunity Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and analytically driven FP&A Analyst to partner with our Manufacturing and Supply Chain organizations. In this highly visible role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders — providing actionable insights, driving financial discipline, and leading process improvements that unlock efficiency and value across the business.
You will blend strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) expertise with a passion for business partnership, enabling data-driven decisions and operational excellence. You’ll also help advance our process automation and digital analytics capabilities, building scalable tools and models that enhance agility and performance.
- Support the capital expenditure (CapEx) approval process, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with strategic priorities
- Lead components of the budgeting and forecasting cycle; partner with department leaders to build accurate spend plans and tracking models
- Manage spend allocation and maintain the operational spend model to ensure transparency and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and implement process automation and reporting enhancements
- Support quarter-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Finance or FP&A, ideally supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation projects

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $82,100 - $131,300. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
