We are seeking a motivated and analytically driven Financial Analyst Intern to support our Semi Test Finance organization, partnering closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world business partnering, financial planning and analysis (FP&A) in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with finance and cross-functional partners to support data validation, analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will gain practical experience with enterprise financial systems, learn how finance partners with operations, and contribute to meaningful projects that support data-driven decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to build a strong foundation in FP&A, operations finance, and business partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with data validation and reconciliation across financial systems such as Adaptive, eBud, and Oracle Fusion
  • Perform cross‑functional spend allocation analysis to improve cost transparency and decision‑making
  • Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for manufacturing and supply chain leadership, with a particular focus on inbound freight spend analysis
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives, including Excel-based financial models and reporting tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to FP&A, cost accounting, operations finance, or supply chain concepts
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and data analytics

 

We are only considering candidates local to position location and are unable to provide relocation for this position.

Compensation:
The base hourly range for this role is $25.50-$47.00. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
