Opportunity Overview:
Teradyne has an immediate opening for a Finance Analyst/Accountant to join the Corporate Accounting team in North Reading, MA. This individual will be an active member of the Corporate Accounting group and play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and transparency of our financial consolidation and reporting processes.
- Prepare reconciliations and eliminations during the consolidation process in OneStream.
- File government census data forms
- File unclaimed property returns
- Execute monthly foreign exchange remeasurement process and reconciliation.
- Perform monthly cash accounts reconciliation and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare corporate allocation entries.
- Reconcile OneStream financial reports.
- Assist with external reporting, including 8-K, 10Q and 10K filings.
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure timely quarter-end requests
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US-GAAP.
- Participate in new projects and initiatives to improve processes and systems, including M&A activity.
- Ad hoc requests for various corporate projects.

- 4+ years of corporate accounting experience; public accounting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting.
- Strong accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Oracle, OneStream and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
